So you agree with him that money is the only obligation he has to a child he brought into the world? Oh, and child support is calibrated on a percentage of what you make.

Sounds like she (mother) never went back to have the amount upped when he started making the multi=millions - which she certainly could have.

Sounds like he got off light...but trying to recoup some of it is really telling his daughter that he not only has had no interest in her existence all her life = but resents having paid what would be a couple weeks of his income over what his "obligation" was -

I have yet to see on scintilla of empathy here yet for a child who will carry the weight of wondering what is so wrong with her that her own father doesn't even want to know her...

As I stated in a later post, I do NOT agree that money is his only moral obligation. But it IS his only legal obligation.

As far as the calibration of child support, you are quite correct. Unfortunately, that is irrelevent to the facts in this case. The money in question is for day care, not child support.
