That is what a young healthy person says.
(1) Those Florida retiree locations are inhabited by people who can afford to live there. How are retirees on a tiny fixed income living?
(2) But mainly: You say this now. It may pan out that way for you. But you cannot predict what your health and body is going to do. Everyone breaks down a few notches sooner or later. Ah, it is wonderful to proclaim this now but wait until you find yourself in constant pain or having to use some mobility device. You can also change mentally.
The best of luck to you and your family. I'm not being critical. I'm just saying that your comment sounds so young and untested. But go for it and prove me wrong!
