Well... he certainly has a case. No moral right, but definitly a case.

Makes you wonder about those codes that get written and I wonder why Hollywood never gets sued for have race and sex-restricted roles. Do they have some kind of special exemption?

Sex and race can sometimes be a "legitimate workplace requirement," but the burden is typically on the employer to prove it.
