Teachers can't stomach 'Super Size Me' director

HORSHAM, Pa. -- The filmmaker who ate nothing but McDonald's meals for his Oscar-nominated film, ''Super Size Me,'' gave a profanity-laced, politically incorrect speech at a suburban Philadelphia high school, but not everyone was lovin' it.

Speaking at Hatboro-Horsham High School's first-ever health fair, Morgan Spurlock joked about the intelligence of McDonald's employees, about ''retarded kids in the back wearing helmets'' and teachers smoking pot in the balcony. The special education students in the back row were led by teachers out of the presentation.

''If you put the whole package together ... it just wasn't appropriate,'' Superintendent William Lessa said.

Most of the 700 students gave him a standing ovation.

Another Spurlock speech at the school later Friday night for community members was canceled.

"I can't for the life of me think WHY they would have even had this man as a guest speaker in a school."

That's easy: he's a leftist.

My daughter is MID (mildly intellectually disabled). She's in special ed.

She would find Spurlock to be a "little" man.

More power to Napolean Dynamite!

A lot of people find him to be a little man.

I have a niece that was a premature birth and mildly mentally disabled. It's interesting to listen to her. Often she can see through the B.S. of issues that other people thinks are complex.

By one standard she is "disabled" I find her very thoughtful.

I appreciate your kindness toward our special children. My daughter is exceptional. And, she's seen enough cruelty to be a good judge of character at her age 18 now.

It is a cruel world.

God bless you and your family.

He's even worse than a leftist...he's a globalist.
