Dial Idol may be off this week! It looks like they're only monitoring the FIRST number and not the second. Actually I think this was a smart move -- I have yet to get a single busy signal for anyone on the second lines. The DI programmer decided two lines would skew the numbers and made a strategic choice to just follow the first number.
