Good suggestions, Links. I would mildly correct you by saying "Have I Told You Lately" is a classic Van Morrison song, redone by Stewart. That makes it perfect for Taylor, he covers Van a lot in his club performances. Also, "Baby I'm Amazed" would be good for Taylor, seeing that Paul McCartney spazzes out for the last minute and a half of the song!

I really like your idea of "It's Not Unusual" for Elliot. He needs to show a fun, sexy side to continue his ascent.
