Oh my God. I am so dumb sometimes. I was thinking Ryan SEACREST!! ROTFLMAO!!! Maybe I hit my head, too. ;-)

I am sure he will appeal, but I heard on WLS this morning that because it's a federal thing that he still goes to jail during the appeals process. I think the sentencing isn't until later on in the summer, but I am not 100% certain of that. We have weeks of, "But he's old and infirm! We can't send an old man to jail!!" to look forward too.
