His movements might just be a part of who he is when he sings. I'm not sure if Ray Charles had ever been diagnosed as having Tourette Syndrome or not.
My half sister had Tourette when she was growing up. She took medecine for it, which kept her so doped up that she had a hard time in school. They found by giving her high doses of B vitamins they could reduce her meds by half and that worked great for her.
I doubt that he has Tourette Syndrome. I've looked at him standing in the balcony while others are singing and he is still and watching.

(I voted for Scott and Anthony, because I like the underdog singers the best. texasflower 04/20/2005)

I have read where his bandmembers say that Taylor's been tame on the show compared to what he is usually like and that it's just that he REALLY gets into the music. They say he's just a regular guy otherwise. (I've read he likes to discuss politics. I suspect he's one of us ; ) )
I just gotta say has anyone watched the greats lately. All of them move in unique and interesting ways. I think it's a Soul Thing. ; )
This is to counter the pee wee picture that was posted earlier.
