Do I understand right that no kidnapping charges have been filed in this case? Just sex crime-type charges?

The circumstances of the girl's 'captivity' are in question. She says the man inticed and brainwashed her to go with him, and she was then locked in his house and not allowed to go out until the last 3-4 years.

He says she was never detained and came with him by her own decision.

There is more to come out about this.

The man is now being questioned about 2 previous missing girl cases in McKeesport. Both went missing at age 14 (same as this girl) both were found murdered, neither case was ever solved. In one of the two cases the girl went missing 14 years ago, 4 years before this girl.
