Actually, I meant GREATER Las Vegas. Two of them in Summerlin, and one has a ranch a bit outside the city.

When I first moved to Las Vegas, Summerlin was just an architect's plan. At that time, Las vegas and Tucson were about the same size 150,000+/-. Still pretty much a small town.
Summerlin should be about big enough to incorporate, if they wanted to. Or if Oscar would let them. It's a beautiful place, now.
It was a 20 mile drive to Henderson, and Green Valley wasn't even a thought.
