No, I think it's too cold in the winter for it. We have snow there on Mt. Charleston (enough for a ski resort) and often the snow gets down to 1600'. Then we'll get a north wind that stays in the valley bowl for a week, and by the time it leaves everyone is not only frozen but irritable and "shocky." Everything they touch will cause a spark.
(I shouldn't have come back here, but I had no choice.)
