No, I wouldn't be surprised by that. I run across it all the time. And resurrection applies to everyone that ever lived or ever will live. Now THERE is a concept that some people find difficult. :o]

Here is an analogy I came up with that helped me to begin understanding universal resurrection:
Think of God as a computer operator using the largest supercomputer imaginable with a finite, though painfully lengthy, list of codes. The codes are individual DNA codes; those of all men and women that have existed. These codes are stored in memory, though they are not currently running. That is death. At any point in time, God could execute the code agai--and he will. This is the Last Day.
I admit, it is incomplete and not the best of analogies, but it is a start.
