Mr. rzeznik at stout has indicated that while he is interested in your outreach, he is currently at the time unable to make a contribution to your organization. He has however, indicated that his nominally-related philanthropic charity, the Head Foundation, and its Chairman/CEO, John Q. Public, would be delighted to make a donation of M$5000, payable in Monopoly money.

However, because my client is currently involved in a campaign, he is unable to comment further per Campaign Regulation G, paragraph 3, clause II.

We believe that your client should act in a true spirit of charity without feeling the obligation to give a specified amount. The understanding that we have with our many benefactors is that they are free to donate as they see fit, whatever the size of the gift may be.

It is also understood by our sponsors that they are to make a show of good faith by contributing what resources are currently available. Your client, Mr. rzeznik at stout, is not yet a contributor to the Outsider Foundation and homeless shelter for refugee Canadian children and as such does not fall under that category until the end of this sentence, which by reading, both you and he waive all prior rights of nonobligation.
