Did that last night. Actually, we bought Zonja one of those clocks that sets itself automatically via some satellite signal or another. Kinda neat...

Fresh ground dark roast made strong. In my case, flavored with cinamon, coffee creamer and sugar.

adequate.

Just.

Let me say, just for the record:

Asthma sucks.

but in my case, coffee helps relieve the tightness.

So now, between the albuterol, flo-vent and coffee, my tummy lining doesn't have a chance....But my mouth says bring it on.

If you see a short, pudgy lady with a braid down to her waist in a face mast (surgical or dust type, or both) it might be me...Went into office max yesterday, promptly had an asthma attack, went to denny's (next door), drank 4 cups of coffee, put on surgical mask, was able to negotiate doing all that copying which is why I went of office max anyway.

Coffee. The elixer of breath...

Lucky my granddaughter woke me up at 5:30, or was it 4:30, or I would have missed my worship team this morning. (7:30 which is now 6:30).

It was a glorious sunrise though! Big puffy clouds with a break on the horizon letting the sun bounce off the underside of the clouds. Lots of reds and purples.

I have heard that the extra ozone (put off by the copiers) in some places can trigger an attack?

I was going to go to an 8 o'clock service, but will have to go to the 9:30 service. Ah well.

Chemicals trigger most of my attacks. And right now, I am hyperreactive. It could have been the toner, it could have been the plastics in the new office machines, the ozone, or the fact that I was just feeling tense.
