i want to make The Eight required reading for WFTD class and then have a quiz on it on one of my teacher days! when i love a book, i want everyone else to read it! Like when Arghy read the Historian on my recommendation and then he and i could discuss it.

But then you get to read Frankenstein by Dean Koontz. Vastie and I love mystery and intrigue.
Actually, The Eight sounds interesting. And, yes, I used to play chess, too.

it is nice and long too, i hate to be done with a book too quickly. i started the new Kay Scarpetta novel, Predator, last night. that won't take long to finish.

Yeah...computer games.
Turned out all wrong...might have been better off with mom's looks and dad's brains, but it turned out the other way around......
