Poobears Mango Salsa Baked Pesca

1 Mango diced
3 Seeded diced jalapenos
2 Lemons juiced or 3 Limes
1 cup of Cilantro chopped
1 tomato seeded diced
2 Tbs Olive oil
3 Cloves diced garlic
Salt & pepper to taste

Spread over salmon or your favorite fish bake 375 degrees 8 to 12 minutes depending on thickness of fish. Serve with black beans and rice. Enjoy!
