I guess if they had to sub one this is the best one to choose.
Independent films are all about gay cowboys eating pudding!

Well thinking about it just now maybe they wanted to go out on a good note with Hayes. Those involved with production are probably a close knit group.

Not only do we have the Scientology Episode tonight, before that, we have the old classic, Weightgain 4000.I was looking forward to seeing the Scientology episode again tonight, but instead Comedy Central ran (at 10pm ET) the South Park film festival episode. (???)

Parker and Stone had a VERY short segment at the tail end of Letterman's show. They mentioned that Isaac Hayes is quitting the show, and a little bit on how they do all the animation and voices. I got the impression that Letterman had never watched one episode of South Park... he seemed pretty clueless (as usual).
That's one of the reasons I rarely watch Letterman anymore. 40 minutes of silliness and commercials, then he tries to cram 2-3 guests (and more commercials) into the last 20 minutes of the show.

Yeah, imagine flying all the way across the country, hotels, etc. just for that ridiculous 5 minute (or so) segment! I wanted to hear much more from them...
Didn't Trey Parker used to be really skinny and have blonde hair? I think I've only seen them once before (on a South Park video) when they were very young...

I thought it was a good interview. - I really like those guys :~D
Trey's balding a little, Matt's lost the 'fro. Both are still happy but humble about their incredible success.

Well, you never get loooong interviews on shows like Letterman. That's true... unless you're Hillary Klintoon, who got the full hour on Letterman's show during Campaign 2000. >:-(
