Definitely a troll. After all, this deal (with an average life of up to 20 years) would net the winning bidder about $100 a day per terminal profit.

Forgot to add ~ and you guys all know this is true ~ the so-called "Ports Deal" wasn't nearly as important as Dick shooting a major Republican donor.
