Every major disaster in recorded history has happened within 2 or 3 years of a total solar eclipse, so maybe he has a point. For example, the Madrid bombings 2 years ago today occurred less than 4 months after a total eclipse of the sun.
After the upcoming eclipse, the next one won't be until August 1, 2008. Let's hope it doesn't portend a Democrat victory on November 4, 2008.
Ok. I don't know squat about solar eclipses, but your statement that "every major disaster in recorded history happened within 2 to 3 years of an eclipse" got me to thinking. If a TSE occurs every 4 to 6 years, & it probably does somewhere on this planet, then every major disaster would HAVE TO happen within 2 to 3 years of a TSE.
Where am I wrong here?
