My doc had put me on cholesterol meds and they gave me cramps.

The Niaspan he gave me to test out gave me painfully sore muscles. The usual exercises gave me sore muscles days later than made it hard to walk (as if I jogged 5 miles for the first time.) I thought that wasting away without strength or cardio would not be the key to health, so I dropped the meds.
