15-25 minutes of aerobic exercise 3-5 times a week. No more than that! (It will be counterproductive.)

Oh I so agree with you on that! A while ago I hit a plateu, so I went from working out not at all to working out 5x a week. I GAINED 2 pounds! I was furious. I went cut it back to 3x a week and lost 2.5 pounds the next week.

Too much aerobic exercise "wastes" muscle, and muscle is good for sugar and fat metabolism.
