Wow, that's pretty strict. I don't know how you've kept that up. That'a about half of what "they" say you can eat and still lose weight, unless you are a tiny person.

It was tough. Probably not too healthy. I'm at 1,400 to 1,700 calories per day now, maintaining. If I go down, I eat more normally. If I go up, I eat less until I reach the target weight again. Since I weigh myself every day, I always know what I can have that day.
If you have excess fat, your body uses that and some muscle to make up the rest. I lost a bit of muscle, too.
