could loose 20 more if I would just do regular exercise

I've found that Atkins only works for me when coupled with regular exercise.

Doesn't seem to matter what sort of exercise.

Atkins alone will only maintain my weight. Ditto with exercise alone (at least all the exercise I can reasonably fit into my schedule). Combine the two and the pounds drop off pretty quickly.

Yep, I exercised Mon-Fri when on Atkins both times and again, it worked wonders the first go around.

Exercise will be a key component in my next venture. I do need to make a decision soon. I just got the Winsor Pilates circle and a workout disc, but my darn DVD player isn't hooked up. Will need to get some help moving things around to get it connected so I can start working out with it. Have a new bicycle that I enjoy riding & a stationary bike type for when the weather is too yucky. Also have some dumbell weights. I'm about all set to go, just hate giving up my daily happy hour but must do so for several weeks if I want results!
