I'm big on Matt Furey. Found his website on Ann Coulter's site. He charges a lot for his products, but if you are internet savvy you can find his exercises for free.

His bodyweight exercises are extremely challenging and don't take a lot of time or equipment - and extremely effective.

His books are Combat Conditioning and Combat Abs.

I, too, and one of the Furey faithful. His books are not cheap, but then again, his stuff really works and you will actually use it. The guy is a conservative, and really knows what he is doing. Mrs. B and I use his stuff almost every day, and we have gotten in incredible shape, both looking like we did in our teens, having lost 50 pounds of fat between us.
