I think that's basically Richard Simmons' "deal a meal" principle. I had a friend who did that, and she'd be done eating for the day by 10.30 in the morning. :)

Kinda. But I didn't have to pay a lot of money for it. I just did it. :)

It's rather silly to eat all your calories in the morning!!!

There's a mindset shift that should also occur: You should retrain your mind to think of being full as painful, and feeling slightly hungry as good. That helps a lot. To achieve that, simply say over and over, when you are full : "Owww! That hurts! I'm full! That's painful!" and then when you are a little hungry, "mmmmm. That feels soooo nice! How wonderful!"

After a while, your brain ends up believing you.
