Atkins is great.

A FR Atkins recipe exchange. I'm a guy, but good Atkins recipes really help me stay on, and you really can't do Atkins w/o cooking for yourself (unless you have a spouse who cooks).

All the Atkins sites on the web have been cluttered up with ads, or they're selling something. (although I have found a couple of decent ones)

Do a keyword search on FR for Atkins. We had some very good recipe threads going about two years ago.
