That way, I can stuff my face for two days non-stop before starting my 'diet'.

LOL! Mine, too. I started WW on a Tuesday, extra day of feasting. ;-)

Add me to the list. Always like to see what others are doing, too.

But what better use to put the greatest navigational instrument ever conceived by man :-D

If you just like to look for stuff with your GPSr and not fuss with the caches, you can also look for the Geodetic control point benchmarks. There are thousands of these out there. These are explained on the Geocaching site as well.

The South Beach diet is only really hard for the first one or two months; then you can add back in a few things, in moderation.

I kind of made up my own diet, and found out after the fact it was very similar to South Beach - one month of very strict stuff - no bread, no booze, no red meat, no soda, no candy, no pasta, no potatoes. I lost about 12 pounds (I was only about 15 overweight). Then I started adding things back in, in moderation, and lost 4-5 more pounds. And there was a lot of exercize thrown in too.

Thanks. It all sounds like fun, truthfully. I actually own 3 GPS's, which I use mostly for navigation. I absolutely love the things.

could loose 20 more if I would just do regular exercise

I've found that Atkins only works for me when coupled with regular exercise.

Doesn't seem to matter what sort of exercise.

Atkins alone will only maintain my weight. Ditto with exercise alone (at least all the exercise I can reasonably fit into my schedule). Combine the two and the pounds drop off pretty quickly.

I love the idea. I need to lose weight and I'm getting depressed. I have fibromyalgia so sometimes its difficult to get moving. I walk every day for 20 minutes but I like candy too much. I need encouragement.
