What disturbes me most about this story, is why did the parents feel the need to have a hidden camera in the first place?
And if they didn't trust this 15 year old boy, and had the camera in place for that reason, why oh why would they let him watch their precious children, alone, to catch him in the act? It's like, they knew he was bad news and put their children out as bait.
First of all, I don't think boys should be baby sitters. Nothing against the male species, but in my experience, most aren't very good care takers of younger children at a teen age.
Secondly, before I leave my children with anyone, I make sure I can fully trust them, not just in my house, but with my kids, completely.

Maybe the kid had previously complained that the littles ones, were really bad kids, and the parents were looking at their kids...
