We'll start off easy.

If that was the easy part, I think I'd better go sharpen my self defense nail file.

Then reality hit, and I saw this:

Average grunt, but there weren't any questions about
how do you clean the operating rod of a Garand though.
So I think I should have scored higher.

NRA Member. You are 89% of a gun nut! You have excellent skills in weapons handling. I could definetly trust you to cover my back. Matter of fact, you're probably packing right now!

I'll admit to a lack of knowledge on a few obscure firearms, but I'll never admit that the .40SW is any more effective than the 9mm.

Okay, testing over. Results:

Untrained Militia

You are 17% of a gun nut! You know just enough about guns to make them work, if necessary. Don't try for a job as a hitman or mercenary, or you'll be laughed out the door.

Does this mean I don't qualify? I tried to answer truthfully and honestly. I've managed to forget almost everything I've learned so my edjucation has never been a burden on me.

I got 21 out of 21 but had to SWAG a couple---Glock parts and the folding bayonet.

Some of these could be debatable like 9mm vs. 40 cal effectiveness---different bullets and such like. And FAL vs M16, well the FAL has a better round but for actually hitting something at long range with iron sights you could have better luck with an M16 I think depending on the wind.

The first Desert Eagles I saw were 357s. Way better than the Auto-mags with the oddball 44 round.
