when we lived in michigan there were the most amazing donuts
made just for fat tuesday. they were so much better than you
average custard filled donut. they have a polish name
pronounced "punch- keys" but i have no idea of the correct
spelling. best things on the planet tho! we anticipated them
on fat tues all year.
