I am sorry to hear of your son having Crohn's. Get into a support group and become educated about this disease. Get the best gastroenterologyst (hopefully one that specializes in Crohn's) you can find.

The best source for me is ccfa.org; a wealth of information. Lastly, tell your son he is NOT alone in this battle.

he's done so well i'm truly amazed. his gastroenterologist
is wonderful and very active with the ccfa. she is very
respectful and supportive of him. we are very fortunate!
