means "I'll Disturb You" but more in that 'I'm a brat and I make things happen' kinda way.
It isn't the video, or how she's dressed, I think it's the setting (all male) that caused a few Egyptian MP's to get their knickers in a twist. Honestly, it's one of my favorites....she's a great dancer and a good singer! :)
