VIDEO LINK I think I've done this correctly.
Its an Islamic news program and a lady is pretty much telling it like it is and the other guest dont like it one bit.
I havent investigated any links beyond the first page so I dont know if its been posted as a thread here but it definatly needs to be.
I am on my church break between services and will check in later today. If someone wants to post it feel free. This is a must see.
I won't go beyond that clip, but I think her argument was very well put. The problem is that only the well-to-do in Muslim countries will have TVs to see that, and therefore, her audience is limited.
In some places, there is only one TV in an entire village, and the electricity is only available for an hour or two a day. Chances are not good that her argument will reach where it is most needed.
It's a good clip. Thanks! At least we know SOMEone is thinking.
I hate it when people do this! Many of you would be truly surprised that there are a lot of us who live in rural areas who would have broadband if it were available. The fact that we still have dialup service is not a matter of cost but of availability. They have assured us that ... someday ... not someday soon ... just someday ... broadband will be available ... but even then, possibly not to people like us who live a long way from the main county road. So, posters ... why don't you at least give us the gist of what your link is about? Wouldn't take you long to do it ... and would be ... inclusive for those of us with dialup. From the topic, I am left with the impression that they are, perhaps, making furcoats or something out of cats ... so, perhaps I should be happy I have dialup.
She made many good points.
