"... a washing mashine ..."

My left hand sometimes spells words phonetically.

On the other hand, I am less orthographically challenged.

My toes, however, can't even send Morse code. One reason I never became a dancer -- no rhythm.

My right brain does the exact same thing! Brains do the darndest things.

You know that scene in The Jerk when Navin rises out of bed and starts tapping his foot to the music on the radio? Is it like that?

Thank you Bob.

It's very welcoming, and relaxing on Amy's threads.
I don't post there much, but I enjoy them.

I hope you feel better soon Amy.

:-)

I don't mean to complain about the way my brain works. On the whole I am well pleased with it.

Some of the Whimsical little quirks it has, however, can be quite fascinating to observe, and who better than I to do the observing?

I'm not sure of your reference, but I think we are in sync on the matter.

LOL! It's nice having such a big country that we can each choose our favored climate!

Hi, TC!

The little wuzzer weighs 13 pounds, huh? I bet he's getting cuter!

Your weight will come off when you don't have to eat so much to feed the minature furnace. Don't worry about it.
(Would I lie to you?)

Oh well, it does take a complex series of operations.

1. From the keyboard, "Print Screen" to get an image on the clipboard. (This might vary from machine to machine.)
2. Open up a graphic editor and "Paste" as a new file (Microsoft Paint is actually good at this!). Save it somewhere.
3. Open up some graphic editor that can resize and convert file formats (I used to use Corel Photo editor, today it's something call "Art Explosion (something)"), open the saved file and re-save (or "export") it as a JPG or GIF.
4. Get an account on Photobucket.com and upload the picture file.
5. Copy the URL and past in an FR posting.

Like I said, it's a lot of work! I've done it often enough, for various reasons, that I can zip right through it. But there is quite a bit of learning curve involved...

Don't worry about it.

Truth be told, it's something I've figured out only a few weeks ago--I didn't even know I had something to do it.

IIRC, in Windows, you would do a Print screen at the desktop.

Then, go to an image hosting site (e.g. ImageShack.us). You should get an HTTP link to the image.

After that, you should be able to post it here--remember the <img> tag.

Thanks for posting the link to "Spring", NnB. Amy sure did a nice job showcasing your equally nice poetry. A great team you are!

Seems like a lot of us are still stuck in Winter blahs. I thought it might help.

Try not to lean against any walls while you're here. Sometimes they might have a concealed door, or something. Lots of people stop here only to visit, and end up getting trapped.

It can't be Hillary. The individual shown is making a point in public.

Hillary never does that.
