If or when we ever get a comprehensive immigration bill passed, we need to check it very carefully. Some Congresscritter is liable to try and sneak in a provision that requires small business owners, like that bar owner, to employ a bilingual staff.
What little I have seen of the Senate bill sounds like they are overloading it with needless/worthless crap.
