This is the important fact, and what you need is realistic advice. You have been to court and lost. Now you have the right to appeal. Very few appeals succeed. You would probably need a stay or injunction of the eviction notice. Only a lawyer can advise you of your chances. They are probably slim. You have not said that the hearing was not fair or was improperly conducted, and that would be the basis for appeal.

So, bad as it may seem, now, you need to put your effort into making the best of a bad situation and find another place to live. You must take care of yourself and your pets as best you can and forget about refighting the fight with the landlord. You know, if he wants you out, he will find another excuse to evict you, even if you find some way to stay now. Then you will just have the same problem again.

I know that, but I can't do it in 24 hours. Housing here is zilch!
