It was express mail, supposedly their premium service and it did have a tracking number. Even today it still says it is enroute from Baton Rouge since the 16th of January.

jwalsh 07 in post 141 is basically correct. Indy Pendance in post 144 is partially correct, if you own the property, it takes 6 months for foreclosure, for rentals, it depends, normally, the 3 months is how long it takes to get thru the courts, then your out anyway because you created a cost to the landlord. I applaud you on your documentation. But, it appears the Landlord did give a grace period when learning of your circumstances. How long has it actually been from the time rent was due, till you tried to pay it>
