Perspective - Katrina made the storms that hit FL look like tornadoes. Florida is also a competent state, lots of money, lots of jobs, and with Republican people running it from time to time. No comparison here.
Not to mention they are still living in FEMA trailer parks in a lot of areas there over 18 months later.
Sounds like what I said. mostly. Even the 1992 CAT 5 Andrew didn't generate the kind of "peg the moron meter" that katrina did.
