No. Killing his wife makes him guilty. This is just circumstantial evidence, which when taken along with the fact that HIS WIFE IS DEAD, makes him very high on the suspect list.

The man probably IS guilty. I don't presume to know. I just dislike that every some woman gets killed not only law enforcement but now the media spends their time simply putting together a case against the husband without looking into anyone else.
