The Illuminati, which was begun by Adam Weishaupt, hasn't been in existence since March of 1785. Yet, tinfoil wearers have used the name of this nonexistent group, to spread fearful conspiracy theories, for centuries.

Oh yes, you CAN find all kinds of sites, on the net, full of supposed info about this nonexistent group; however, that doesn't make any of it factual. You can find other sites, that claim that the Holocaust never happened, with supposed corroborating evidence too.

Thanks for your info in your post #49...I really did not know much about this group, was just relaying what my hubby told me he had heard at work...Yep, conspiracy theories do abound...
