Right Click on an open area of your desktop.
Select Properties
Click on settings.
Move the slider over to the right to a larger setting. I am using 1024 by 768.
Take an OK. If you monitor will handle it, it should work fine.

Right Click on an open area of your desktop

Same suggestion, go over to the Settings tab and push up the "Screen Resolution" setting as far as it'll go tp the right.

I'm running 1280x1024 on a Dell LCD screen.
