Chili meat- (coarse ground round steak)

Fresh or canned tomatoes

Tomato paste

Anastazi or pinto beans - cooked

Garlic

Onion

One jalapeno, finely chopped

1 tsp Cumin

One cup black coffee

Simmer as long as you like and serve with a big chunk of buttered cornbread or hoe cakes!
