Did you watch the game?
The ads were lame. The FedEx caveman and the CareerBuilder jackasses were the only funny ones this year.
And as far as the SuperBowl was concerned, the fix was in....
I was hoping to see the Steelers win, but felt the game was tainted.
I don't think Big Ben scored the touchdown. It sure looked to me that he was down.
I also believe you can call holding on most any play, and when the Seahawks moved within scoring position, and then got called for holding... well... that was it for me.
Packer Fan here too! Born and raised in Wisconsin, and a cheesehead til the day I die! (that's when I'll prolly smell like limburger cheese). LOL
a totally lame over hyped 4 hours
two hank teams
I thought the commercial where the guy tackles the girl after the catch was hysterical.
As to the game........usually Superbowls are never tarnished by bad officiating. This one, however, left one with a nagging feeling as to who was the better team on this particular Sunday. That phantom holding call on Seattle changed the whole complexion of the second half.
Good game, though,....at least it wasn't a blowout.
Seattle didn't win because the NFC was a trash dump of a conference. Seattle played the 6th best NFC team and the 5th best NFC team in Seattle and then lost to the 6th best AFC team from the regular season. They were overrated, their conference stunk, and just about half the teams from the AFC would have beaten them. If they played in the AFC, they probably would not have been in the playoffs. About a decade ago, the NFC was dominating the AFC, now its been reversed, and proven so when the 6 seed from one conference beats the 1 seed from the other. AFC's won what, 7 out of 9 Superbowls? (Denver 2, New England 3, Pittsburgh and Baltimore) Look for the trend to remain the same, w/ a young Pittsburgh team, Indianopolis should eventually win one, and Bellichek and Brady at New England...viva la AFC (except Chicago, go Bears ie Tommie Harris Mark Bradley and Lovie Smith) Except for Chicago and maybe the Giants (Barber's about past his prime though), NFC looks old and soiled.
And what's with this inept overly methodical Holmgren offense when the clock is ticking? Back to back Superbowls, Holmgren and his protegee Reid have had hilariously pathetic time management. Marriucci wasn't exactly known for his clock management either. Holmgren's system 1-3 in Superbowls.
STEELERS WIN!!!
well, Swann's political handlers had better find out who she is before the election!
More like the "Stealers".
That was so damned wimpy. Ugggghhhhh....
No, I had it piped into my mind via virtual reality < /Sarcasm >
The FedEx commercial is the one I missed! I heard my husband laughing out-loud (which doesn't happen THAT often) so I yelled to him, "hey, what'd I miss?!" Yep, it was THAT commercial. Dang.
I see *she* has a couple o'trophies there.
1.) Ameriquest "That Killed Him"
2.) FedEx Caveman
3.) Magic Fridge Budweiser
4.) Ameriquest Plane flight
Special Mention to the beer stadium pouring commercial, very clever.
The lamest commercials were the Cadillac and Ford commercials.
Rolling Stones completely sucked. Time to hang up the walkers.
The phantom hold and no call horse collar on Alexander.
Neville's a good singer for his style of music, but not for the National Anthem.
YES!!!!!! STEELERS!!!!!
WE WIN!!!!!!!!!!!!
For you. Into which to cry.
