Well, when you have a nose that is the length of your face and more scent receptors per square centimeter than we do..

Tiny did not like thunderstorms.
I don't know what it was with our pets and thunderstorms.
But Tiny dog would try to hide under my bed.
My current cat tries to hided under my bed.
(Amusing to watch all of that cat try to stuff herself under there.. as it was amusing to watch the dog try to fit under there.)

LOL! Mine didn't like wind or thunderstorms either. Ohhh! So scarey! They are such characters! That's cute, trying to hide under the bed. LOL

I remember our dog as a puppy used to crawl under our deck in the backyard until one day he got too big and got stuck! LOL! So he would yelp and cry until we pulled him out. That happened a good dozen times until he finally figured out that no one was pulling a prank on him. He really WAS getting too big too fit under the deck any more. LOL!
