fined the equivalent of £64. The fines will be handed over to the offenders' wives to spend as they see fit.

My sweetie refuses to wear a seat belt, and there is a law in this state resulting in a $70+ fine.

Can we just skip the middle man and have him pay me whenever he doesn't buckle up? I don't mind being paid in shoes...
