Looks like the sequel is 'lubing up' already.

GAY ME UP, SAYS BRAD

Brad Pitt has played against type before.

But now the heart-throb is after his biggest acting challenge yet.

The 42-year-old hunk is desperate for a gay role, to cash in on the success of gay cowboy movie Brokeback Mountain.

A source told The Sun: "Brad has asked his people to find him a script to play a gay man.

"He wants it to be a story that appeals to both men and women and he wants it to be the edgiest work he's done.

"He's seen the critical acclaim that Brokeback Mountain has won and he wants a piece of it."

"Brad knows it would be seen as shocking to take on a gay role because he's seen as such a heart-throb.

I think he and Tom Cruise could do a poofer flick. They'd be very believable.

I washed my hands of Brad when he started diddling with Angelina. I believe she's rubbing off on him in more ways than one.

Brad should have never left Jennifer. She told him that taking a gay role would ruin his career in Hollywood. He was allegedly the front runner for Alexander, but she persuaded him to turn it down.

Good to see that fine, upstanding women named Angelina is broadening his horizons.
