He's running the GUI version with the protein icon in the systray. His folding doesn't "pause when done," it just doesn't automatically start working on the new work unit when it is downloaded.

- If you right-click on the systray icon and display the processing window, are there any indications as to what it's doing?
- Have you looked at the end of the log file to see if there are any indicative messages?
- In Task Manager, how much CPU is the program using after it has downloaded the new WU?
Sorry... no good ideas yet, just more questions.
