I think "little boys" as stated in the article, shouldn't be taken to establishments geared toward grown men. It didn't say teenagers.

If you think teenage boys need to be "taught" to look at women - you really don't understand teenagers....Up to ten percent of them do, if you know what I mean, although it's probably more like 1 or 2 percent.
