I've only been to hooters once or maybe twice. The uniforms are quite similar to some I remember were stewardess uniforms on the most succesful airline in history......Southwest. Hot pants and t-shirts...color even the same. In fact, i think hooters stole from Southwest!

That was in the 70's.

ETSU has removed the Athletics Code of Conduct from thier website BTW LOL.

THe only Red Flag I see at the moment in this story is that it says that Kimberly was an Honors Student in HS and was doing fine in school until Midterms, and then her grades started dropping and she failed a couple classes.

I have to wonder : 1. what is the cause of her academic drop? 2. What effect did it have on the decision to dismiss her from the squad?

If the school indeed removed her solely because of her job, then she has every right to go after restitution. However, something tells me we haven't heard the entire story.

HMmm take that a few steps furthur --- BB routinely goes to Hooters -- does the coach go to Hooters too? Kimberly is on cheer squad and works at Hooters. One maybe has to wonder if there is maybe another issue between wife and Kimberly.
