Allen could serve a second term as Governor.That would be a better springboard to the White House than running as a sitting Senator.I'd support him if he took that route.

I think Kaine helped George Allen. Kaine couldn't help but brag about how Virginians have a better way, how we work together to make government work (this is actually mostly true, largely because of a strongly republican legislature which unfortunately has a few strong moderate/liberal leaders but still does a lot of things right). Allen, being from Virginia, is part of this legacy, and should look less "partisan" based on this picture of Virginia.
